Apparent Explosion Badly Damages Hotel in Fort Worth

An apparent explosion caused substantial damage to a hotel in downtown Fort Worth on Monday afternoon, in what the police described as a “major incident.”

Video footage and images from the scene showed debris littered across the street in front of the Sandman Signature hotel. It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured.
