So what we’ve really been working on is getting other delegates to understand what we’re doing here. We’re really trying to have thoughtful conversations with them to help them understand that, hey, we’re really advocating for a permanent immediate cease-fire, and an arms embargo and here’s why. Sometimes it feels a little bit disheartening, we’re seeing all of the videos and everything still coming out of Gaza. So it feels like conversations might not be enough or we’re not making enough change. But seeing so many other delegates support us has been really filling my cup back up to feel like, OK, we got to keep going. We got to keep going. We’re still holding out for having a Palestinian American speaker come and take the main stage. So many Palestinian Americans are grieving. And I think that we as Democrats, as Palestinian Americans, we deserve to have a voice just as much as any other Democrat does in this space.
