Maps: Tracking Los Angeles-Area Wildfires

Several fast-spreading wildfires are burning in Southern California.

Smoke is heaviest southeast of Los Angeles and widespread across Southern California.

Data from air sensors suggest that the air quality is diminished in several locations in the Los Angeles area. Air quality is also poor in Northwestern states, including in Oregon and Idaho, where dozens more wildfires are burning.
