The National Music Publishers’ Association is seeking more than $250 million in damages from Twitter for copyright infringement. The group, representing 17 different music publishers, says Twitter has infringed on thousands of copyrights by allowing users to post music without a license. Criminal defense attorney Joseph Tully joined CBS News to talk about the case.
